Switchback Auto Works is an independent auto repair shop located in Parker, CO. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Contact form. When you fill out the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you type. We use that information to reply to your enquiry.
Booking form. When you schedule an appointment we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We use that information to confirm and manage your appointment.
If you give us consent on either form, we may also send you appointment reminders or, if you opted in separately, occasional service-related messages by text. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
How your data is stored
The information you submit is stored in our customer-relationship system, which we use to manage appointments and follow up on enquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Live chat
This site includes a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider on behalf of Switchback Auto Works. Anything you type into that chat window is received by that provider and passed to us so we can respond. The chat widget does not collect information unless you actively start a conversation.
Cookies and site analytics
